Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Sticker Maker: Meme & Chat mobile application and related services (“Service”). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The app provides tools to generate sticker-style images from text prompts. Features may include free usage limits, advertising, and optional paid subscriptions (“Pro”). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Your content & license

You retain rights to prompts you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to run the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, host, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexual content involving minors, or prompts intended to harass identifiable individuals. You are responsible for outputs you create and how you share them.

4. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, circumvention of limits, or automated abuse of our API.
• No interference with other users or our infrastructure.
• Comply with Apple’s App Store rules and applicable export laws.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription terms (price, renewal, cancellation) are presented at purchase and in your Apple account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable except as required by Apple or law.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third parties (for example: Unity LevelPlay / IronSource for ad mediation; Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Yandex Mobile Ads as advertising sources; Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for product analytics and crash reporting; subscription tools such as RevenueCat; and Apple services). Their use is subject to their terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on advertising partners, analytics, and diagnostics.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You use outputs at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50).

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive (disclaimers, limits, indemnity) will survive.

11. Governing law

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of AI Sticker Maker: Meme & Chat, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
