This policy describes how we handle information when you use the AI Sticker Maker: Meme & Chat mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Information we collect

  • Content you provide - such as text prompts you enter to generate stickers.
  • Device & app diagnostics - limited technical data needed to operate the app.
  • Firebase Analytics (Google) - events and device/app metadata related to how you use the Service (for example sessions, navigation, and performance-related signals within our Firebase configuration) so we can understand usage and improve the product. The exact parameters depend on how we configure the SDK; see Google’s Firebase documentation for details.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) - when the app crashes or reports a non-fatal error, Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, device model, OS version, app version, installation UUID, and optional developer-provided logging keys to diagnose and fix stability issues.
  • Purchases - subscription status is processed by Apple and our subscription partner (RevenueCat) to unlock Pro features; we do not receive your full payment card details.
  • Advertising & mediation data (free tier) - when you are not on Pro, the app may show ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity’s mediation platform, which incorporates IronSource technology). Ads may be sourced from or measured by partners such as Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), Unity Ads, and Yandex Mobile Ads, plus other ad networks or demand partners enabled in our configuration. Those partners may process advertising identifiers, device and app information, ad delivery and performance data, fraud prevention signals, and limited technical/diagnostic data, subject to your iOS privacy choices (including App Tracking Transparency and device ad personalization settings) and each partner’s privacy policy.
  • Server API & abuse prevention - our backend may process a device attestation token (Apple DeviceCheck) and a cryptographic key pair generated on your device to enforce fair usage and daily limits. We do not use this to track you across unrelated apps.

2. How we use information

  • Provide sticker generation and deliver results.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce rate limits.
  • Improve reliability and fix bugs, including through automated crash reports (Crashlytics).
  • Measure product usage and feature performance in aggregate (Firebase Analytics).
  • Show and measure ads on supported free experiences through mediation and the partners described below.
  • Honor subscription entitlements and support requests.

3. Sharing

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

  • Apple (App Store, subscriptions, DeviceCheck)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics; data processed by Google as described in Google’s and Firebase’s privacy documentation)
  • Unity LevelPlay / IronSource (ad mediation SDK and related services)
  • Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK; advertising and, where applicable, mediation)
  • Unity Ads (advertising)
  • Yandex Mobile Ads (advertising)
  • Other ad networks or buyers that LevelPlay may call depending on your region, inventory, and SDK configuration
  • Infrastructure and AI inference providers required to generate images

4. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Prompts and generated assets may be stored for a limited time for service operation unless you delete them in-app where that feature exists.

5. Children

AI Sticker Maker: Meme & Chat is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. International users

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

7. Your choices

  • Limit ad tracking or ad personalization via iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Tracking; Apple Advertising; developer/vendor-specific controls where shown in the system or the ad SDK experience).
  • For data processed by Google and Firebase, see Google’s privacy notices and any account or device controls available in your region.
  • Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Contact us to access, correct, or delete personal information where applicable law provides those rights.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
