Common questions
How do I cancel Pro?
Pro is billed by Apple, not by us, so it is cancelled on your device: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, pick AI Sticker Maker: Meme & Chat and tap Cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
I paid but the app still shows the free limits.
Open the app, go to the Pro screen and tap Restore. That asks Apple for your purchase again and usually fixes it in a few seconds. If it does not, send us the email address on your Apple ID and we will look it up.
Where do my stickers go after I make one?
Everything you generate stays in your Library inside the app. From the result screen you can save it to Photos, mark it as a favourite, or send it to your messaging apps as a sticker pack.
A sticker came out wrong or the background is not transparent.
Try a shorter, more concrete prompt, one subject rather than a scene, and pick the 2D style for cleaner edges. If a specific prompt keeps failing, send it to us in the form above and we will look at it.
How do I delete my data?
Write to us from the address you use with the app and ask for deletion. We remove what we hold and confirm by email. What is stored and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign up and no login. That also means we cannot look up your history for you, so please describe the problem in the message.
